Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before your tour date. This policy applies to our public tours unless otherwise stated due to the nature of the attraction. We also offer rescheduling to another date at no extra cost for our public tours. Please note that no refunds are available if you have already rescheduled your tour. There are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours before the date of your tour or activity.

Safe Space Policy

Ignitors is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. We encourage everyone, including staff and guests, to contribute to an environment where safety is prioritized. Abuse, harassment, sexual assault, and discrimination are not tolerated. Participants are expected to respect others’ opinions, beliefs, experiences, and differing points of view. Respect everyone’s identity and background without making assumptions. Communicate respectfully with staff, personnel, and fellow guests. Be responsible for your actions and aware of their impact on others, regardless of intentions. Be willing to listen and change your behavior if someone expresses discomfort. Staff are empowered to enforce these rules, and violations may result in removal from the tour or disengagement from communication without a refund. Serious offenses will be reported to appropriate authorities.

User-Generated Content Giveaway Terms and Conditions

For any giveaways we conduct, only legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Ignitors, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible. By participating, you agree to be bound by the giveaway rules and accept Ignitors’ decisions as final. Entries must be submitted online within the specified giveaway period and meet all requirements to be eligible. Winners will be selected by random drawing and notified by email within five days. Ignitors is not liable for failure to receive notifications due to spam filters or incorrect contact information. Prizes are non-transferable, and all related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. By submitting content, you grant Ignitors the right to use your entry for promotional purposes without further compensation. Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the United States and the state of California.

Discount Code Terms of Use

Discount codes are issued by Ignitors and can only be used for our tours. They are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. If an order fails or is canceled, the discount code will no longer be valid. Contact our customer service team for a replacement code if this occurs. There is no minimum spend requirement, and the code is redeemable in all currencies.

Service Animal Policy

Guests are welcome to bring their service animals on our walking tours. Ignitors complies with all local, state, and municipal regulations. Release of Liability and Terms of Use Agreement

By participating in Ignitors services, you agree to the terms of this agreement. You acknowledge and understand the risks involved in our activities, including but not limited to defects in streets and sidewalks, traffic proximity, poor lighting, and potential negligence. You voluntarily assume all risks, including injury, damage, or death. You release Ignitors and its affiliates from any liability arising from your participation. You agree not to sue Ignitors or its affiliates for any claims related to your participation. You also agree to indemnify Ignitors against any third-party claims arising from your actions or breaches of this agreement.

Photo and Video Release

By participating in Ignitors services, you grant us the right to use and publish photos or videos of you for promotional purposes without restriction or compensation.

Personal Use Only and Proprietary Content

Ignitors services are for personal entertainment use only. Commercial use requires prior authorization from Ignitors. Our content, including itineraries and recommendations, is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission. Unauthorized videotaping of tours is prohibited.
